Vince says: This is a very personal track. Although I am a very committed republican and see monarchs, knights etc as an anachronism, I don't pretend that history didn't happen. My family had a coat of arms and a motto that surprised me when I found out about it as it was one that resonated with me. The Latin, Manus Haec Inimica Tyrannis, translates as: "This hand opposes tyrants".

The artwork and video for this track feature our coat of arms and the family motto and the video also shows photographs of the family's medieval fortified tower house in Ireland (now owned by cousins). That's not us hitting each other with swords in the video, though!
